CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Dimora Duomo offers the possibility to check-in 24 hours a day; the rooms are guaranteed from 2:00 pm (if you arrive and the room is not yet available it will still be possible to leave your luggage in storage and return when the room is ready). It is mandatory to agree with the reception about the arrival time. All Guests, upon check-in, are required to provide an original identification document.

Check-out must be done no later than 11:00 am (it will still be possible to leave luggage in storage until what time you want).

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is always included in the rate; it is cooked to order and served in your room every morning between 07:30 and 10:30.

PARKING

Our structure does not have a private parking. As a suggestion for parking cars, motorcycles and scooters, we recommend going to “Parking Mezzocannone” located in Via Sedile di Porto, 57 (350 meters away from our facility). The opening hours of “Parking Mezzocannone” are as follows: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 08:00 am to 12:00 am; Friday from 08:00 am to 02:00 am (of the following day); Saturday from 10:00 am to 03:00 am (of the following day); Sunday from 10:00 am to 01:00 am (of the following day). Below is the garage telephone number: +39 081 304 52 28. The rate varies from € 30.00 to € 40.00 per night, to be agreed directly with the garage staff upon arrival. It is certainly possible to park outside our building to get rid of your luggage before proceeding to the garage.

Alternatively, on the main street "Corso Umberto I", outside our building, you can park your car within the blue lines for a fee at the hourly rate of € 2.00 for the first hour and € 2.50 for each subsequent hour (from 12:00 am to 08:00 am parking is free); for motorcycles and scooters there are free white lines.

PRIVATE TRANSFER (FROM/TO AIRPORT, TRAIN STATION, PORT AND ANY OTHER DESTINATION)

It is possible to request a private transfer from and to the airport, train station, port and any other destination. The driver will wait at the arrival point with a sign with the customer's name written on it. The cost varies based on the number of passengers, time and destination. It is advisable to book this service well in advance to ensure availability.

A high quality service is guaranteed; the cars provided are equipped with every comfort and allow you to travel calmly and safely. The drivers are expert and professional, capable of communicating in Italian and English.

PRIVATE TOUR BY CAR (WITH EVENTUAL TOURIST GUIDE)

It is possible to request the organization of a private tour by car with driver towards Herculaneum, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento and the entire Amalfi coast or towards any other destination. It is also possible to add a tour guide capable of communicating in any language. The cost varies based on the number of passengers and the destination. It is advisable to book this service well in advance to ensure availability.

PRIVATE BOAT TOUR (WITH EVENTUAL TOURIST GUIDE)

It is possible to request the organization of a private boat tour to the Amalfi coast, Sorrento and to all the islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida). It is also possible to add a tour guide capable of communicating in any language. The cost varies based on the number of passengers and the destination. It is advisable to book this service well in advance to ensure availability.

All the boats made available allow you to travel calmly and safely, fully enjoying the atmosphere of the sea. The boats will be captained by expert and professional skippers.

COOKING LESSON

It is possible to request a booking for a cooking lesson at a typical Neapolitan restaurant. It is possible to choose the pizza or gnocchi lesson. During the lesson, souvenir photos will be taken and it will be possible to taste what has been cooked.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage is free on check-in and check-out days. In the days before and after the stay the cost is € 5.00 per day per piece of luggage.
